Information shared in the course of an assessment or engagement is not recorded, attributed, reused, or disclosed without explicit consent.

Confidentiality applies to:

• assessment submissions

• conversations

• written materials

• decision outcomes

Information remains contained within the scope of the mandate.

Disclosure may occur only where required by law.

Confidentiality obligations survive the end of the engagement.
